Finance Controller - Early Startup

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

- Monitor key financial KPIs and cost-control measures.

Accounting & Reporting:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).

- Coordinate internal and external audits.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

- Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.

- Optimize banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

- Build a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
