Profile including these criteria and open for Saturdays will be only considered.
- Manage all finance and accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and collections.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts; analyze and report variances.
- Manage company investments, cash flow, and optimize free cash reserves.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time; handle TDS reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.
- Oversee ESOP administration-managing share allocations, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Lead financial audits and ensure timely closure of books and statutory reports.
- Oversee legal and secretarial aspects related to financial operations.
- Utilize ERPs like Tally to streamline and automate accounting processes.
- Monitor D2C and marketplace financial performance and profitability metrics.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles.
- Strong knowledge of D2C business and marketplace operations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and other financial management tools.
- Excellent understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
