About the Role:

Position: Finance Controller

Experience: 5- 7 years

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - 5 Days)

Shift: US Time Zone (3 PM - 12 AM IST)

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in controllership, accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands- on experience in NetSuite ERP and the ability to work seamlessly in a global setup supporting US operations.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Hands- on experience in NetSuite ERP (mandatory).

- Strong background in controllership and financial reporting.

- Excellent analytical and communication abilities

- Comfortable in working in US Shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.

- Lead month- end closings, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Oversee and optimize processes in NetSuite ERP.

- Ensure internal controls, audits, and statutory compliance.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision
