Finance Controller / Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Corporate Head Office - Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: Minimum 15 - 20 years (Mandatory experience in Roads & Highways Construction Sector)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Finance Controller / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in the Roads & Highways construction sector. He must have a min of 15 - 20 of substantial exposure to national highway projects and infrastructure development. Experience in BOT, HAM and EPC projects is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Min Edn qualification of B Com from reputed college of Delhi Univ or " B' league colleges such as XLRI. Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent will be an advantage.

- Minimum 15 - 20 years of post-qualification experience, with the majority of experience in Roads & Highways construction companies.

- Hands-on experience in BOT, HAM, and EPC highway projects is mandatory.

- Proven experience in arranging project finance and maintaining strong banking relationships, financial closures, debt syndication, treasury management, and fund raising.

- Experience in asset monetization, sale of road assets/SPVs, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring.

- Strong understanding of infrastructure finance, concession agreements, project cash flows, and PPP models.

- Thorough knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, taxation, corporate laws, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong network and working relationships with banks, NHAI, NHIDCL, MORTH, financial institutions, and infrastructure stakeholders will be highly preferred.
