We are hiring for a reputed cancer healthcare facility in Thane, looking for a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join their leadership team.

Position: Financial Controller

Location: Thane

Salary: Up to 20 LPA (Fixed)

Joining : Immediate / Within 30 days

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 5-6 years of overall experience

- Minimum 1-2 years in a hospital / healthcare setup

- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting & compliance

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead financial operations, reporting, and audits

- Manage budgeting, forecasting & MIS reporting

- Ensure statutory compliance and internal financial controls

- Monitor cash flow, cost optimization & revenue cycles

- Liaise with auditors and cross-functional teams

- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership
