Finance Controller - CA - NBFC

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the companys end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, payroll, invoicing, and financial controls.

- Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, RBI returns, and audit requirements specific to NBFC and Fintech operations.

- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with AS and Ind-AS standards.

- Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Manage fund flow, working capital, and treasury operations efficiently to optimize liquidity and cost of funds.

- Liaise with banks, NBFC partners, debt investors, and financial institutions for fundraising, credit facilities, and compliance documentation.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance in reconciliation of loan books, disbursements, collections, and partner settlements.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in finance / controllership roles

- Relevant experience in NBFC/Fintech/Banking financial operations.

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
