Finance Controller - CA

- Financial closing & reporting across 20+ legal entities

- Group-level banking, treasury, and cash flow management

- Statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, Multi-state regulations)

- Debt compliance & covenant monitoring

- Overseeing statutory, internal, and group audit requirements

Who we're looking for:

- CA with 8-15 years of relevant post-qualification experience

- Prior exposure to hospitals/healthcare is a strong advantage

- Experience in pan-India or multi-location corporate environments

- Strong command over Ind AS, Companies Act & Direct Taxation
