Finance Controller - CA

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all reporting and accounting functions. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, statutory reporting, internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making in a dynamic and growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and tax

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP)

- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies

- Support business strategy with financial insights, cost control measures, and risk management

- Manage and develop the finance team, promoting operational efficiency and professional growth

- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, M&A, and cross-border projects

Qualifications:

- CA

- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, controller or similar leadership role

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and compliance in a multinational environment

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
