Responsibilities : 1. Financial consolidation, analysis, MIS & reporting platform 2. Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking 3. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support 4. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews 5. Worked on INDAS& IFRS 6. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements 7. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools 8. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is must 9. Establishing a relationship with banks and financial institutions. 10. Supervision of preparation and submission of CMA, various monthly/quarterly reports to banks. 11. Working capital, term loan, and project funding. Renewal of limits with Banks, induction of new banks. 12. Review of product costing. 13. Negotiation of Terms of Sanction/renewal letters issued by banks and to ensure proper limit/renewal documentation. 14. Supervision and monitoring of Financial Charges on regular basis and preparing MIS. 15. Review and closure of EDPMS with banks. 16. Discounting of LCs received for exports, abreast about various terms of LCs. 17. Have dealt with RBI on compliance matters of Import/Export. 18. Providing MIS pack and analysis to Management periodically. 19. Must have handled Trade Finance and good knowledge about the various mechanism of trade Finance. Skills & Education: CA with 8-12 years of Experience having experience of working in a manufacturing company.
