JD Summary - Finance Controller / Finance Manager:

What they are looking for:

They are looking for a Chartered Accountant with strong Business Finance experience who can independently manage finance operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and financial planning. The person should be able to provide financial insights to management, improve finance processes, manage cash flow, and lead the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- MIS and management reporting

- Financial analysis and variance reporting

- GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance management

- Cash flow and working capital management

- Accounts payable and receivable monitoring

- Audit coordination and regulatory compliance

- Finance process improvement and automation

- Managing and mentoring the finance team

Mandatory Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 6 - 7 years of relevant experience

- Strong experience in Business Finance

- Good understanding of finance operations

- Strong experience in financial reporting and MIS

- Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance

- Experience with ERP systems

- Strong analytical and leadership skills

Preferred/Add-on Skills:

- Advanced Excel skills

- Power BI knowledge

- Experience in finance automation/process improvement
