About the Role:
Were looking for a hands-on Finance Lead to build the finance function from the ground up at a high-growth agritech startup.
Key responsibilities:
- Own accounting, controllership & month-end closure
- Build MIS, dashboards, budgeting & forecasting
- Drive GST, TDS & statutory compliances
- Set up finance processes, SOPs & internal controls
- Manage cash flow, AP/AR & operational payouts
- Drive finance automation/ERP systems
- Build and lead the finance team
- Support founders on fundraising, DD & investor readiness
Ideal profile:
- CA with 6 - 10 years experience
- Startup/high-growth experience preferred
- Strong controllership + finance operations background
- Proven 0 - 1 / process-building experience
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
