- Lead financial accounting, reporting, consolidation & statutory compliance

- Drive governance, internal controls & audit compliance

- Manage budgeting and forecasting

- Oversee treasury, taxation & banking relationships

- Support M&A, due diligence & strategic finance initiatives

- Present to Board, leadership, investors & auditors

- Drive automation, process improvements & cost optimization

- Lead and develop the finance team
