Finance Controller - CA

About the Role:

Mynd Integrated Solutions is looking for an experienced Finance Controller with a strong background in Fund Raising, Corporate Finance, and Financial Strategy. This is a strategic leadership role for a finance professional who has successfully managed debt/equity fund raising, investor interactions, and treasury functions while ensuring robust financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end fund-raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing.

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, investors, and other funding partners.

- Prepare financial models, business plans, investor presentations, and due diligence documentation.

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Optimize capital structure and working capital to support business growth.

- Lead treasury operations and liquidity planning.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

- Support mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate finance initiatives, where applicable.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, legal teams, and external stakeholders.

- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership for business decision-making.

Qualifications - CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory.
