- CA (mandatory)

Key Requirements:

- 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and controllership.

- Prior experience working in a startup environment is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and internal controls.

- Ability to partner with business teams and build scalable financial processes.

- Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

- Lead financial reporting and monthly/annual close processes.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

- Strengthen financial controls and governance.

- Support leadership with financial insights and strategic decision-making.

- Build and scale finance processes to support business growth.
