Finance Controller - CA

Eligibility : Indians working in South Africa only shall apply (professionals having exposure in manufacturing industry).

Hiring For : Johannesburg, South Africa for a well known Business group with 25000+ Cr turnover.

Role : Finance Controller (Manager / Sr. Manager) - South Africa.

Reporting : Country Head SA (Admin) & CFO International Markets (Functional).

Experience : 5 to 7 years in equivalent role.

Qualification : CA / Professional Qualification.

Technical Skills : IFRS, P&L/Balance Sheet control, MIS, Budgeting, Taxation, Internal Controls, ERP, Advanced Excel.

Soft Skills : Leadership, interpersonal communication, fluency in English.

Candidate Preference : Local South African candidates OR Indian-origin professionals ready for relocation.

Role Purpose : Drive financial strategy, optimise mobilisation & management of South Africa operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Accounting, Finance, Credit, MIS & Budgets.

- Ensure tax compliance (Sales & Income Tax).

- Strengthen Internal Controls, SOPs & Audit readiness.

- Lead monthly MIS & P&L reviews.

- Maintain books of accounts P&L, Balance Sheet.

- Drive budgeted PBT improvement initiatives.

- Oversee agreements, GDSO, logistics & distribution.

- Coordinate with India for product supply & transport.

- Supervise Internal & Statutory Audits.
