Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end controllership function, including financial reporting, month-end closures, and adherence to accounting standards.

- Manage consolidation of financials, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

- Oversee AP, AR, and general ledger operations, ensuring strong controls, reconciliations, and process efficiency.

- Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness, coordinating with internal and external auditors for timely closures.

- Drive MIS, reporting frameworks, and process improvements, enabling better decision-making and scalable finance operations.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years of experience in finance and controllership roles.

- Startup experience is mandatory, with exposure to fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Strong experience in end-to-end controllership including month-end closures, audits, compliance processes and consolidation.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
