Job Description: Finance Controller

Location: Manesar (HQ)

Reporting To: CFO

Compensation:

- 40-50 LPA (flexible for strong candidates)

- ESOP (planned)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

Role Overview:

The Finance Controller will be responsible for strengthening financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks to support the companys IPO journey and rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end financial controllership including accounting, reporting, and compliance

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Oversee costing and margin analysis, especially in manufacturing setup

- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and audit processes

- Manage banking relationships, working capital, and cash flow optimization

- Ensure timely and accurate MIS, board reports, and investor presentations

- Support CFO in IPO readiness, due diligence, and regulatory compliance

- Implement best-in-class financial systems and processes

Key Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 10-12 years of experience

- Strong experience in manufacturing / auto component industry

- Hands-on exposure to costing, plant finance, and financial controls

- Experience in handling audits, compliance, and reporting

- Ability to work in a fast-growing, evolving environment

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates with exposure to IPO readiness / investor reporting

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
