About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Controller to lead and strengthen our finance function. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for financial governance, compliance, working capital optimization, and building scalable finance processes aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Ensure integrity and cleanliness of accounting records and financial ledgers.

- Drive working capital optimization and treasury management.

- Develop rolling cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity planning.

- Improve receivables cycle (DSO reduction) and strategically manage payables.

- Identify and mitigate risks related to cash flow disruptions.

Accounting & Internal Controls:

- Supervise GL, AP/AR, payroll accounting, and ensure timely closure of books.

- Ensure compliance with IndAS and regulatory standards.

- Strengthen internal controls and SOPs to safeguard company assets.

- Align financial assumptions and policies with statutory auditors.

Audit & Compliance:

- Coordinate with internal & external auditors.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits.

- Maintain robust risk mitigation and compliance frameworks.

Taxation & Regulatory:

- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and statutory returns.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable laws.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.

- Develop scalable financial processes to support business expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA with 8 - 10 years of post-qualification experience

- Proven experience as Finance Controller or in a similar leadership role

- Experience in Healthcare / Service Industry / B2B environment preferred

- Exposure to mid-to-large organizations (500+ Cr turnover)

- Strong expertise in financial controls, treasury, audits & compliance

- Hands-on, execution-focused leader

- Available to join immediately or within short notice period
