Finance Controller

Description: A leading global multinational organization is hiring a Financial Controller India to lead controllership, compliance, and financial reporting, and to build a high-performing shared services finance team supporting global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own month-end close, financial & statutory reporting

- Manage US GAAP & Indian GAAP compliance

- Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet

- Lead statutory & US GAAP audits

- Partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A & global finance teams

- Build and lead a shared services accounting team

- Drive strong controls, governance, and process improvements

Ideal Candidate:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8 to 12 years in multinational controllership roles

- Strong hands-on SAP experience

- Exposure to US GAAP & Indian GAAP

- Proven people manager with shared services exposure

- Manufacturing / product company experience preferred
