Finance Controller - CA

Education & Experience:

- CA with 10 Years of experience (3-4 years with listed entities) Mandatory

- ICWA with 15 years of experience (7-8 years with listed entities) Mandatory

- Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally, Odoo, Quickbooks) and advanced Excel skills.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting.
