Finance Controller - CA

Key Responsibilities:

An experienced Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, statutory and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial strategy. The FC will lead a team of 4/5 finance professionals, working closely to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information while partnering with business leaders to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Detailed role would include:

- Ensuring daily finance operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers

- Summarize budget trends, analyzing deficiencies and reporting variances to executives

- Group Consolidation

- Provide external auditors with the necessary documentation and support

- Creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls.

- Monitoring and managing cash flows requirement of business

- Responsible for various management reports

- Compliance with all statutory requirements

- Working with team closely to monitor daily activities

Requirement:

- CA with 10-12 years of experience in Industry

- Excellent Communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership qualities

- Thorough knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

- Team management
