About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead and oversee financial management, accounting, and strategic decision-making functions.

- The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, especially in understanding the intersection of finance and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, including 3+ years in a controller or equivalent leadership role

- Strong command over financial systems (ERP, Tally, SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel/financial modeling

- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws

- Proven ability to analyze financial data and drive actionable insights

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders

- High level of integrity, dependability, and results orientation
