Finance Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to lead financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning. This leadership role demands strong expertise in IND-AS, taxation, and ERP systems, with a focus on cost control and fiscal transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Oversee P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act

- Supervise accounting functions: AP, AR, payroll, taxation, and banking

- Drive internal controls and audit readiness

- Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making

- Mentor and manage the finance team

- Implement ERP and financial system improvements

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred

- 10+ years in finance roles, with 3-5 years in leadership

- Strong command of Indian accounting standards and compliance

- Experience in manufacturing or mid-sized enterprises (- 50-60 Cr turnover)

- Proficiency in ERP tools and financial modeling
