Finance Controller - CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions for our manufacturing arm (Millennium Baby Care) and its marketing subsidiary (Family Care). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial controllership within the manufacturing and/or retail/e-commerce sectors, with a thorough understanding of Indian GAAP (IGAAP) and Ind AS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Lead and manage the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements for both the manufacturing and marketing entities.

- Month-End & Year-End Closures: Oversee and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, including intercompany and group-level consolidations.

- Compliance & Regulatory Standards: Ensure adherence to Indian GAAP (IGAAP), Ind AS, and other applicable statutory accounting standards.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Supervise the budgeting and forecasting processes across business units, including preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven experience in financial controllership roles, preferably within manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce companies.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IGAAP/Ind AS) and regulatory compliance.

- Proficiency in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting tools.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
