Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; analyze variances and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee internal controls and ensure robust governance across all financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth statutory and internal audits.
- Monitor working capital, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Drive automation and improvement of financial processes and reporting systems.
- Support CFO in strategic initiatives, investor reporting, and board presentations.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the power, infrastructure, or capital-intensive sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of Ind AS, Direct & Indirect Taxes, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with an ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
