Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Controller to spearhead the financial operations for our aviation business unit based in Noida. In this leadership capacity, you will serve as the primary custodian of financial integrity, overseeing complex accounting frameworks, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning within the high-stakes aviation sector. You will partner closely with the executive leadership team, operational heads, and external auditors to drive fiscal discipline and transparency. Your work will directly influence the bottom line by optimizing cost structures, mitigating financial risks, and providing the data-driven insights necessary to support our aggressive growth trajectory in a capital-intensive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial accounting and reporting processes to ensure absolute accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements and aviation industry standards.

- Design and implement robust internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with global financial regulations.

- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles, providing the management team with actionable analysis to optimize operational efficiency and capital allocation.

- Manage complex treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and working capital management, to maintain liquidity in a volatile aviation market.

- Oversee the audit process by acting as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and clean financial disclosures.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability across all accounting functions.

Required Skillset:

- Possess deep expertise in financial reporting and internal control systems, with a proven ability to manage complex financial environments within the aviation or logistics sectors.

- Demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities to interpret financial data and translate it into strategic business recommendations for senior stakeholders.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance leaders effectively.

- Hold a professional qualification such as CA, complemented by 12 - 17 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts.

- Display high adaptability to an on-site work environment in Noida, maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational oversight.

- Maintain a high degree of professional integrity and ethical judgment, ensuring all financial practices align with corporate governance and industry-specific compliance mandates.
