Finance Controller - Accounting/Taxation - Banking/Finance

Role Overview:

Ensure the integrity of financial numbers, compliance, and controls while working closely with leadership in a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the monthly financial close, including reconciliations, accruals, and MIS reporting.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC requirements.

- Build and maintain internal controls across financial transactions.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and budgeting processes.

- Collaborate with teams to automate and improve finance processes.
