Company : Leading Travel Services Provider  Location : Pune  Position : Finance Controller   Qualification : CA   Experience : 9-12 yrs post qualification   Position description :  Overall responsible for Accounts / Finance / Budgeting /MIS functions.  - Improve process and internal controls and checks.  - Preparation of Financials statement and Notes to Accounts as per Indian GAAP   - Responsible for month-end book closure activities.  - Reporting – Monthly MIS – financial and operational, dash board, other daily and weekly reports.  - Preparation and submission of data for fund raising – debt / capital. (Only we need person to prepare and provide accurate data required by lender or investor)  - Formulating budgets & conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results & implementing corrective actions.   - Coordination with Statutory & Internal auditor for smooth completion of audits.  - Cash flow Planning & Management. Strong controls to be built in the process.  - Transformation from Manual reporting to Automated Analytical reports  - Compliance with all statutory requirement, submission of all statutory returns with governing body as per due dates.
