What Youll Do - Lead finance controllership, audit, and business finance - Oversee accurate and timely monthly/quarterly financial closures (P&L, BS, CF) - Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax requirements (GST, TDS, IT, MCA) - Own audits and financial governance - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set up financial processes - Partner with marketing, operations, and product to set up processes for spend management and budgeting - Implement scalable SOPs and tools for payroll, and vendor management - Build dashboards and MIS reports for internal and investor use - Lead and grow the finance team - Manage the current team of 3 - Hire, train, and grow the team as the company scales - Own performance, culture, and accountability within the function What Were Looking For - A CA with 5-10 years of experience in finance controllership or audits - Preferably from Big 4 or finance teams at high-growth startups or consumer brands - Strong leadership with a hands-on attitude and team-first mindset - Excellent communication skills and comfort in working with cross-functional teams and external partners - A builder mindset someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and create systems, not just manage them - A deep desire to be part of a high-growth startup journey and contribute meaningfully to its success Why Join Us? - You'll work directly with the founders and leadership team - Be part of a category-defining D2C brand from the ground floor - High ownership, high impact, and tons of learning
