Finance Controller

We're Hiring: Finance Controller | CA/CMA | Experience | Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Planning:

- Own end-to-end accounting (GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, financial controls).

- Manage financial reporting across offline distributors, hospitals, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Shopify, and other channels.

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.

- Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS, budgets, forecasts, and unit economics.

2. Taxation, Audit & Compliance:

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, and Income Tax compliance.

- Manage payroll, statutory filings, and audit coordination.

- Maintain organized documentation and due diligence readiness.

- Oversee monthly inventory reconciliation and physical verification.

3. Treasury & Working Capital:

- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.

- Monitor AP/AR ageing and ensure timely collections and vendor payments.

- Maintain accurate bank reconciliations and 100% Zoho Books accuracy.
