We are hiring for the position of Finance Manager / Finance Controller with one of the leading organization

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-ownership, self-driven Finance Manager / Finance Controller who can build, scale, and run finance operations from the ground up. This role requires a strong operator with a 0- 1 mindset, capable of establishing robust processes across P2P, R2R, and overall finance functions, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Finance Ownership (0- 1 Build)

- Build and scale finance and accounting processes from scratch in a fast-growing environment

- Take complete ownership of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) cycles

- Establish SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks for finance operations

2. Financial Accounting & Reporting:

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets

- Own and drive the R2R cycle, including month-end and year-end closures

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership

3. General Ledger (GL) Management:

- Maintain and reconcile GL accounts with high accuracy and compliance

- Review and control journal entries, accruals, and provisions

- Drive standardization, controls, and automation in GL processes

4. NetSuite ERP Leadership

- Act as the owner of NetSuite ERP for finance

- Drive implementation, optimization, and enhancements in NetSuite

- Manage system configurations, reporting, and integrations with other tools

- Partner with tech/data teams to build scalable financial dashboards and workflows

5. Compliance, Controls & Audit

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

- Lead audit readiness and manage internal and external audits

- Build strong internal control frameworks and risk mitigation processes

6. Business Finance & Strategic Partnering

- Partner with business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives

- Support leadership with data-backed financial insights and decision-making

7. Process Excellence & Automation

- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation

- Reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy and turnaround time

- Build scalable finance processes aligned with business growth

Key Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in finance & accounting roles

- Strong hands-on experience in P2P, R2R, and end-to-end finance operations

- Proven experience in building processes from scratch (0- 1 environments/startups preferred)

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (mandatory)

- Strong understanding of GL, financial reporting, compliance, and audits

- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities

- High ownership mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
