Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations for India and multiple global entities

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP as relevant)

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting

Multi-Country Consolidation

- Manage financial consolidation across subsidiaries in different geographies

- Handle intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations

Compliance & Regulatory

- Ensure compliance with Indian regulations (Companies Act, GST, Income Tax) and international laws

- Manage audits (internal and external) across multiple jurisdictions

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and governance frameworks

- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives

- Ensure adherence to SOPs and global finance policies

Cash Flow & Treasury

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across entities

- Manage banking relationships and treasury operations

- Optimize fund utilization and foreign exchange exposure
