Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 10-15 years

Role Overview:

The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial health, governance, and reporting of the organization. The role ensures timely and accurate financial statements, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and alignment of financial strategy with business objectives. The position partners closely with senior leadership to drive efficiency, improve financial performance, and enable strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.

- Lead and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with business strategy.

- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to senior leadership.

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

- Implement and monitor internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard assets.

- Collaborate with business heads to provide financial insights and decision support.

- Identify and drive process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiencies.

- Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

- Drive automation and digitization of finance operations for improved accuracy and productivity.
