Qualification : CA & MBA in Finance

Experience : 10 years of experience in manufacturing is must & SAP experience is a must

Function: Finance & Accounts

Reporting : CFO (Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE:

1.Financial Operations Management:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end processes for AR, AP, and general ledger.

- Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, Managing month end closing , audit and variance analysis will be one of the core responsibility.

- Drive process optimization in financial operations to enhance efficiency.

2.Taxation Compliance:

- Ensure timely filing and compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.). ( working knowledge is must, external support will be provided whenever needed)

- Handle tax assessments, audits, and appeals with regulatory authorities.

- Advise management on tax planning and regulatory changes.

3.MIS and Reporting:

- Prepare and review MI reports, financial statements, and variance analyses.

- Develop insightful dashboards and analytics for management decision-making.

- Monitor KPIs and highlight financial risks and opportunities to the CFO.

4.Audit and Internal Controls:

- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring compliance and timely completion.

- Implement and monitor robust internal financial controls to safeguard assets.

- Liaise with external auditors and consultants for smooth audit processes.

New Product Offtake Analysis,Sales Data Analysis of Focus Products & Schemes Execution & Tracking- 30%

Technical & Professional Knowledge : required

(What someone NEEDS TO KNOW):

- Strong knowledge of MIS, costing, and FP&A principles and practices.

- Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred), and financial modeling tools.

- SAP experience will be plus

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.

- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.

- Experience required 10 years of experience, SAP experience will be preferred

- Planning & Procurement Team Status of upcoming new product lots
