We are currently hiring for one of our reputed clients - a leading MNC in the distribution products industry. Please find the role details below:

Position: Finance Controller

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the monthly close process for India (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), ensuring compliance with IM internal policies, US GAAP, and local statutory requirements.

Act as a proactive business partner by advising on accounting and ICFR implications of key initiatives and operational decisions.

- Collaborate with regional and corporate finance functions (FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Controllership, Shared Services) to support business initiatives.

- Ensure operational integrity of the close process, account reconciliations, and consistent application of accounting policies.

- Partner with global teams to drive cost savings through process simplification and automation.

- Oversee adjacent operational finance areas, which may include:

- Procurement and/or Accounts Payable

- Credit, Collections, and/or Accounts Receivable

- Income and Indirect Taxes (VAT, Sales Tax)

- Payroll and Employee Benefits
