Job Description:

- Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, and payroll.

- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.

- Conduct risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.

- Liaise with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.

- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.

- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
