Finance Controller

Job Description:

- Own and lead all financial operations, controls, and compliance

- Set up and streamline financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks

- Lead budgeting and forecasting aligned with business objectives

- Oversee vendor payments and reconciliation

- Ensure timely preparation of MIS, internal reports, and IndAS-compliant financial statements

- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)

- Work with auditors and lead statutory/tax audits

- Implement and manage ERP systems - NetSuite preferred

- Build, mentor, and manage the finance team as the organization scales

- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships with maturity and clarity
