Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team.

- This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in finance, excellent analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

- The Finance Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their financial challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and support the implementation of financial initiatives across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, build complex financial models (e. , valuation, forecasting, budgeting, M&A models), and interpret results to support strategic decision-making.

- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert financial advice to clients on a range of topics including capital allocation, investment strategies, risk management, cost optimization, and financial planning.

- Project Management: Lead or contribute significantly to financial consulting engagements, managing project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations from initiation to completion.

- Data Interpretation & Reporting: Translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights through compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client personnel, identifying their needs and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for financial process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies within client organizations.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, regulatory changes, and emerging financial technologies to inform client strategies.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including other consultants, data analysts, and subject matter experts, to leverage diverse perspectives and deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications (Required):

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a top-tier institution.

- Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similar finance-centric role.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools (e. , Microsoft Excel, financial databases).

- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements.

- Experience with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e. , SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.

- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with an ability to distill complex information into clear insights.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.

- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to senior executives and client stakeholders.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving project requirements.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation or progress towards it.

- Experience with business intelligence tools (e. , Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Demonstrated project management experience, including PMP or similar certification. A strong understanding of specific industry sectors (e. , TMT, Healthcare, Financial Services).

- Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- High ethical standards and a commitment to data confidentiality
