Years of Experience:

15+ years in Finance Shared Services / GBS / Captive operations. Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry preferred. Proven experience in setting up and leading captive SSC from inception. Experience managing multi-entity / multi-location operations. Strong exposure to SAP (S4 HANA preferred).

Role Purpose:

The Captive Shared Services Lead will be responsible for establishing and scaling a best-in-class Finance Captive Shared Services / Centre of Excellence (CoE) supporting multiple legal entities and business units. This role will lead transition, stabilization, and continuous transformation of core finance operations while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transition & Operating Model Setup: Actively partner in the Finance Transformation program to design, implement, and stabilize process improvements and system enhancements.

- Service Delivery & Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end delivery of P2P, O2C, R2R, MDM, Tax Compliance, and Internal Controls.

- Technology & Digital Enablement: Partner with IT and Finance Transformation teams to ensure optimal utilization of SAP and drive automation initiatives.

- Governance & Stakeholder Management: Act as single point of accountability for service delivery to the Retained Finance / Business Finance teams.

- People & Capability Building: Lead and develop ~80100 FTE organization including Team Leads and process managers.

- Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Institutionalize Lean / Six Sigma mindset.
