Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Finance Business Partner / FP&A professionals with strong expertise in financial planning, business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen and the ability to partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a finance business partner to business and operational stakeholders.

- Drive FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

- Manage and analyze P&L performance, identifying key business drivers and financial risks.

- Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic and business decisions.

- Partner with business leaders to understand financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

- Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast and provide commentary on key variances.

- Support annual operating plans, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting cycles.

- Drive business performance management through financial analysis and KPIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide commercial finance support.

- Identify cost optimization and revenue improvement opportunities.

- Support senior management with financial models, scenario analysis, and decision-support analysis.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Total experience: 8 to 15 years with 8+ years of relevant experience.

- FP&A and Financial Business Partnering expertise.

- Stakeholder Management.

- Team Lead experience: 4+ years.

- Comfortable with all shifts.

- Notice Period: Up to 90 days.

- Target Industry: FMCG/Retail Brands.
