We're Hiring: Finance Operations Manager!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Operations Manager specializing in multi-domain including R2R, P2P, and OTC to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing financial reporting processes.

What You'll Do:

- Own end-to-end delivery of AR (O2C), AP (P2P), and GL (R2R) processes.

- Ensure accurate and timely Billing, collections, and cash application; Vendor payments and invoice processing; Journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closures.

- Act as escalation point for operational and client issues and coordinate with Client finance teams, external auditors and tax consultants as required.

- Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), Local tax requirements (VAT, withholding tax, BIR filings, statutory reports) and ensure alignment with IFRS where applicable.

- Design and maintain Strong internal controls, Segregation of duties and Approval workflows and audit trails while identifying control gaps and implementing corrective actions.

- Drive organic growth of existing Finance and Accounting engagements while supporting the expansion and development of the India F&A vertical.

- Drive adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics while leading periodic process reviews, risk assessments, and process optimization initiatives using Lean principles and automation opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

- Degree in accounting / finance / commerce.

- CPA strongly preferred; Additional certifications (CMA, ACCA, CIMA) are an advantage.

- 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting Operations, Shared Services / BPO / Captive environments preferred.

- Strong hands-on leadership across AR, AP, and GL processes with experience supporting Statutory reporting, Tax compliance, and Audits.

- Proven exposure to IFRS / US GAAP environments with prior experience with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory).

- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting analytics with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
