IT Finance Business Partner/ IT CAPEX & OPEX Budget Role Main Responsibilities : - Ensure all IT spendings are tracked quantitatively and qualitatively and benefits are realized by working closely with various project team leaders, PMO & Finance . - Drive efficiency in IT procurement process and ensure investment and benefits align with strategy and AOP. - Be the point person for all queries on IT spends - Ensure IT CAPEX and OPEX budget and track progress vs actuals. - Remind project team or tower lead, if budget or savings tracker is not aligned with plans or goals. - Work with Finance to ensure IT spendings are correctly captured and identified through agreed upon AOP. - Regularly contacting each tower leads to review budget vs spendings. Ensure finances align with IT PMO, which in turn will align with Finance. - People Management Build and maintain relationships with Corporate ePMO to ensure high degree of transparency with ongoing projects from a cost & benefit perspective. - Interact with global project teams, site level business process owners and operational/IT leaders. - Allocate global spends to the respective beneficial countries using appropriate allocation keys - Review billing done by the various IT vendors using project completion stage/time sheets basis/other milestones. - Work with global tax team/Accounting teams to find out best way of billing/cost recharge to be most tax efficient WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM : - Exceptional data analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions - Able to build relationships with all levels of the origination. - Be a self-starter capable of working on multiple deliverables and delivering a consistently high standard product. - Experience of working with IT Consultancies and IT project management. - Highly organized with attention to detail. - Experience of acting as a subject matter expert within the specified function. - Experience working in a dynamic environment where priorities can quickly change. - Experience of maintaining IT operation spendings and IT procurement process - Solid project management, time management, procurement and financial skills. - Ability to articulate detailed cost-benefit analysis across a wide variety of complex projects. - Overall 6-7 years of experience in accounting and business partnering
