As the company scales its clinics and services across geographies, this role will be key to building financial systems and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Decision Support:

- Liaise between the finance (accounting), operations, and sales teams.
- Drive profitability analysis, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Management Reporting & MIS:
- Own the creation and analysis of MIS reports-track business performance, identify trends, flag anomalies.
- Support the CEO in understanding where money is being spent and where it can be saved.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Work with teams to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Provide ongoing tracking of actuals vs. budget and support course corrections.
Procurement & Vendor Negotiations
- Support vendor evaluation, cost negotiations, and contracts from a finance perspective.
- Ensure value-for-money in all business procurement activities.
System Building & Process Improvement:
- Help build systems and SOPs as the company scales-supporting expansion across clinics and geographies.
- Continuously improve financial reporting and business monitoring processes.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate between the internal chartered accountant, company secretary, and external auditors.
- Provide oversight and ensure alignment between statutory accounting and business finance objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant with a business-oriented mindset.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar business finance role.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills-able to partner with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in an early-stage company or startup environment is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and grow with the business.
Why Join Us?
- Play a key strategic role in a high-growth, mission-driven healthtech startup.
- Direct access to leadership and the opportunity to shape core business processes.
- Exposure to multi-country operations, joint ventures, and future investments as the organization scales.
