Roles and Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders to improve performance, profitability, and governance.

- Drive planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking key variances.

- Provide insights on growth levers, margin enhancement, cost efficiency, and operating effectiveness

- Develop business cases, ROI assessment, and scenario planning for new initiatives and scale-up plans

- Strengthen commercial decision support across pricing, discounts, partner terms, and unit economics

- Drive cost optimization across people, supply, logistics, and service delivery costs

- Monitor and improve working capital metrics (collections, payables, inventory)

- Establish strong financial controls across distributed service locations and operational touchpoints

- Build automated reporting, dashboards & KPI tracking using ERP / BI tools

- Support leadership reviews with accurate reporting, compliance, and data integrity

Skills and qualifications:

- CA (preferred) / MBA Finance (Tier-1)

- 10-20 Years of post qualification experience

- Strong in financial modelling, forecasting, analytics & business partnering

- Certifications in Financial Modelling / Power BI / FP&A preferred
