Finance Associate - Accounts Payable

Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Finance Associate - Accounts Payable to manage global vendor invoices, support statutory compliance, handle audits, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.

- The role involves working across regions including India, EMEA, APAC, and the USA, with close coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- The role includes end-to-end processing of PO and Non-PO vendor invoices with accurate GL coding and approvals. Handling foreign vendor invoices based on CA certificates, ensuring timely weekly vendor payments, resolving discrepancies, and reconciling vendor accounts are key responsibilities. The candidate will manage compliance related to GST, TDS, and concessional TDS, perform GST and TDS reconciliations, and prepare CIF audit statements.

- Responsibilities also include preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, monthly provisions, journal entries, accruals, project cost accounting, subcontractor accounting, and tracking third-party employee costs. The role supports statutory and internal audits, MSME compliance, bank and credit card reconciliations, insurance accounting, and vendor portal implementation.

- Active involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation, system integrations, finance transitions, and mergers or demergers is expected.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Candidates should have 5 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, taxation, and audit functions in a multi-regional environment.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliances, accounting standards, cost accounting, and MIS reporting is required.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, F110, and ERP systems is essential. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA qualification is preferred. Certification or practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA and experience in multi-country finance operations across India, EMEA, APAC, and the USA will be an added advantage.
