Finance & Account Manager - Record To Report - CA

Description:

The position is responsible for managing end-to-end Record to Report processes, ensuring accurate financial accounting, timely month-end closure, reconciliations, and financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

JD

i. Books closures and audits.

1. Perform monthly book closure activities within defined timelines.

2. Coordinate with AP, AR, payroll, taxation, and business teams for closure inputs.

3. Review monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet schedules.

4. Preparation for MIS for Working Capital.

5. Analyze P&L variances and provide explanations to management.

6. Co-ordination with external agencies appointed for physical verification (PV) of the Inventories.

7. Validation of Inventory related claims workings and follow up for the recovery.

8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

9. Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.

10. Co-ordination with Internal & Statutory auditors to ensure timely closure of audit reports.

ii. Financials due diligence

1. Co-ordination with auditors for getting due diligence reports.

2. Prepare monthly DP statements for submission with banks.

3. Co-ordination with auditors appointed by the bank Stock, Receivables and Credit Audit.

4. Co-ordination with agency appoint for getting the credit ratings for the company.

5. Prepare annual cash budgets.Required Qualifications

1. CA with 2-4 years of relevant experience in R2R.

2. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho or similar platforms.

3. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
