We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Analytics Lead to architect and deliver scalable analytics solutions that support financial planning, reporting, and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in transforming finance data into actionable insights by leveraging Snowflake and Power BI. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, finance domain expertise, and leadership skills to enable data-driven decision-making across FP&A and controllership functions.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Solution Delivery:
Cloud Data Modeling:
- Develop and maintain scalable, performant financial data models in Snowflake.
Data Visualization & Reporting:
- Create enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics capabilities tailored for Finance stakeholders.
KPI & Reporting Standards:
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to define and standardize KPIs, forecasting methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
Data Governance & Quality:
- Ensure high data quality, enforce governance best practices, and maintain data security and compliance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 12-14 years of experience in finance analytics and data delivery, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional programs.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Snowflake (data modeling, performance optimization, ELT pipelines) and Power BI (data transformation, DAX, row-level security, governance).
Finance Domain Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of financial processes including FP&A, controllership, compliance, and corporate reporting.
