A tech-enabled cross-border logistics and supply chain startup company (based out of Mumbai) and is looking for a Finance Analytics and Operations Associate.
The company transforms traditional freight forwarding into a digital, integrated, and intelligent supply chain experience, targeting SMEs and enterprises looking to scale global trade with ease, transparency, and financial support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to track key financial and operational metrics
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to logistics and supply chain operations
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse audiences
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed, including financial statements, performance reports, and operational summaries
- Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, product) to understand operational processes and their financial implications
- Can work with large data and manage a team of 5 people
- Understands costs, revenue and can provide data for shareholder reports
