We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support US-based finance teams. The role involves financial analysis, reporting, variance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to enable informed business decisions. This position is ideal for professionals with strong financial fundamentals and experience working in global/US-facing environments.
- Perform detailed financial analysis including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for US stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Develop financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and profitability metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- 2-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles
- Prior experience working in US shift / global delivery model is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Excel; exposure to financial tools/ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex data and convert it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with US-based stakeholders
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred
