About the job Role: Financial Analyst (2 -4 Years Experience) Location: (Whitefield) Bangalore Key Responsibilities: - File accurate GST, TDS, and ER returns. - Reconcile GSTR-1 with GST2B. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. - Maintain financial records and process entries using Tally. - Handle salary processing, statutory deductions, and bank reconciliations. - Prepare Form 3CEB and support transfer pricing compliance. - Coordinate with CA for audits and returns. - Review contracts for financial risks and compliance. - Process reimbursements and prepare expense sheets. - Raise and manage client invoices; maintain documentation on OneDrive. Requirements: - MBA in Finance or in finance equivalent (mandatory). - 2 -4 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance. - Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, and labor regulations. - Proficiency in Tally. - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
